The following birds were observed by Wayne Weber at Fort Worden State
Park, WA on April 17, 2003 between 06:00 and 07:30 and again between
10:00 and 12:00 PDST. The area covered included North Beach and the
lagoon south of North Beach, but not Point Wilson and vicinity.

A COYOTE was seen out in the open adjacent to the lagoon.

It had rained heavily overnight, although no rain occurred during my
observations.
