The following birds were seen by Wayne Weber along Three Crabs Road,
near Dungeness, WA between 3:00 and 4:30 PM on April 17, 2003.

The weather was initially sunny and mild (about 15 degrees), with
very little wind. However, storm clouds moved in from over the
Olympic Mountains, with heavy rain and strong SW winds beginning
shortly after I left the area.
