Tweeters,

Ollie and I were birding at Lake Hills Green Belt late yesterday and saw an
odd sight. Viewing Larsen Lake from the dock we saw two Canada Geese take
off from the lake honking and mob a red tailed hawk that was perched on a
limb eating a recent kill. The red tailed hawk was intimidated enough to
more to a higher slightly further off limb to continue with its meal.

Have others seen Canada Geese exhibit this behavior? The geese went back
and landed in the lake but continued honking and about 10 minutes later they
flew off.
