The following birds were observed at Blaine, WA (mostly from Marine
Drive and the public fishing pier) by Wayne Weber on April 26, 2003
between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

The tide was at mid-levels (about 8 feet to 10 feet-- high tide was
10.8 feet at 3:15 PM).

The CASPIAN TERNS were my first of the year. The single male EURASIAN
GREEN-WINGED TEAL was the only unusual species noted.
