Subject: Marymoor Osprey Fish Story

I was hiking around Nisqually Delta a couple years ago and ran into this
older couple. We chatted birds and somehow Marymore Park in Redmond came up
and the gentleman told me this very funny story about an Osprey being
hassled by an Eagle and dropping a fish, which fell and hit a dog which was
running around loose in a leash only area. The owner of the dog apparently
was irate that some ECO-Freak was throwing fish at his dog because it was
off leash. Apparently he was encountered thrashing around in the bushes
trying to find the "punk" that threw the fish and hit his dog and no amount
of explaining would convince him that it was a bird.
