I was greatly encouraged by a Tweeters birder Saturday, and by a chair user on my
trip yesterday. I'd love to hear more from those who could use Accessible
Birding.

I'm considering offering a winter 'Accessible Birding' SAS field trip to the
Samish flats. Alan Roedell showed me some great birding-by-van spots last
winter. If you have circulation trouble like most of us, I suggest electric
(battery-operated) socks and mittens that hunters use, or the chemical heat
packets. It's very empowering to get out for fun in the winter, even in 'bad'
weather.

Feel free to let me know, where do you go? and, what would you like to see? No
promises, of course, but I'll do what I can.
