I saw the (orange) bishop at 4041 34th Ave., S., in Seattle the afternoon
of 22 August, 2003, between 4:45 and 5 p. m. (I refer not to its
taxonomy, but to its color.)

I also saw three soaring Ospreys together west of I-405 just south of
mile post 8 at 1:30 this afternoon.
