Thursday, Aug. 21, 7:05 p.m. This is Barry Levine, 206-526-8676, just
with an update on the ORANGE BISHOP that was reported today on Tweeters.
The address is actually 4041 34th Street, and the bird was seen today at
about 5 in the afternnoon. Good luck and good birding.

Thursday, Aug. 21, 9:10 a.m. Hi, this is Tom Aversa. There was a
NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH at the Montlake Fill this morning on the west pond.
Also a pair of KESTRELS were there.

Tuesday Aug. 19, 10:46 a.m. Hi, this is Tom Aversa, reporting that there
is or there was a female YELLOW-HEADED BLACKBIRD at Montlake Fill this
morning.

Tuesday Aug. 19, 10:29 a.m. Hi my names (Jeff or Jim?) Gibson calling
from Everett, Washington. Just calling to report two GREAT EGRETS along
the Snohomish River Road between Everetts Lowell neighborhood and
Snohomish. And theyre on a pond right on the road, about a half mile
south of the Lowell Riverfront Park in Everett. And they were there this
morning about 8 oclock, 8:30 Tuesday the 19th of August.

Sunday, Aug. 17, 9:36 a.m. Hello, this is Scott Atkinson with a few
birds to report for Skagit Countys Fir Island this morning, Sunday Aug.
17th. At the Skagit City farm pond, which is at the confluence of Skagit
City and Moore Road on Fir Island this morning, a juvenile STILT
SANDPIPER and also a juvenile SOLITARY SANDPIPER. Another bird of note
here, an early returning LINCOLNS SPARROW in the brush area adjacent
there. Then, just about a half a mile north along the Skagit City Road,
I had a female YELLOW-HEADED BLACKBIRD right on the road among a number
of other birds. At the Skagit Wildlife Management Area Headquarters,
along the loop trail, a good number of our usual migrants are starting
to move through. Nothing out of the ordinary. Good numbers of WILLOW
FLYCATCHERS, including one (inaudible) first-year COWBIRD. At the Jensen
Access, very low numbers of shorebirds but I did have a RED-NECKED
PHALAROPE and also there were BANK SWALLOWS there. Thats it.
