Subject: Great Egret Sighting

My name is Jan Dawson. I live in Shonomish. Ellen Blackstone from
Seattle audubon.org suggested I report an egret sighting to you and that
I ask you to send it on to Tweeters as I am not a subscribed member.

There is a Great Egret becoming quite at home on the west end of the
Lowell River Road between Snohomish and Everett. To my knowledge, he
has been there just over a week I have seen him in the marshy
puddles/ponds between the road and the river and sitting quite high in a
dead fir tree. I've never seen an egret in our area before and find
this rather exciting.
