Met with Rich Repp today at the Toppenish National Wildlife Refuge
and we spent the day scouting parts of our CBC routes. This consisted
mainly of the Refuge HQ, observation deck, Pumphouse Rd., Mud Lake,
Lateral "C" Rd., Charlies Pond (Lateral "C" and Fort Rd.) and some of
the side roads.
