This message is from Douglas Co., where we saw our first Sharp-tailed
Grouse budding in the water birch trees up Bridgeport Hill Rd. Farther up
the road we also saw our first flock of Common Redpolls, approx. 40 in
number. Bridgeport holds their CBC on Sat., Dec. 20th and could still use
some able bodied birders to help. Meredith
