Greetings,

Enjoyed my morning walk, Friday the 12th, on the Loop Trail at East
Wenatchee, Douglas County.
Snow coming down but not sticking to the paved trail and no wind. While
inspecting a flock of 30+ juncos noticed that one of them was different. It
was a male with a black hood and brown back like an Oregon but its sides
were medium gray.

Congrats to Gina Sheridan on her success with the accentor in Montana.
Enjoyed the mammal report, especially the wolf sighting at Yellowstone.
There was a photo of the accentor taken on 5 Dec 2003 and posted at
Surfbirds.com at the N. American Stop Press Rarity Photos Page.
