Water level high, but it appears to be an outgoing tide.

Simply gorgeous on the river, with no wind, lots of sun, and the local PEREGRINE FALCON perched on the west power tower. That's the area near Hamm Creek, next to the power substation on the west bank of the river. This is the first time I've seen the falcon perched on the west tower since July. The Double-crested Cormorants were dropping in on the river's flat-calm surface, but they were soon put off by the boat marked "Research" that cruised up and down the north part of Turning Basin #3. A harbor seal was close to the goose-exclusion area to the south at the river bend.

Seeing just one each of American Crow and European Starling was interesting from the perspective that I've seen very few of either during the past few scans.
