Although it isn't any help for nonresidents, you can purchase
for $21.90 a Washington Freshwater Fishing License which comes with a
parking pass. Seems a little strange that you can access WDF&W lands and
catch fish that were raised and planted for a lower fee than is charged
to use the property for nonconductive activities. Do birders use the
restrooms more, or wear out the trails, and deposit more litter than
fishermen?
