I thank Doug for providing the website info, but I went to that website
and cruised around, found a way to pay online ok, but did not find any
reference to what areas are covered, that info would be more than
helpful. This reinforces my point that people from outside the area
(sometimes from much further away than we are, are confronted by a
myriad of different jurisdictions, and fees.) In this case there is
potentially this fee, state park fees, and then national park fees also.
Again, day use in one place is one thing, cruising around paying fees
everywhere is quite another. I have Mariners season tickets and I'm in
Washington State a lot, but when I augment my vacation maybe I'll slip
back into Canada, or down to Oregon.
