Happy holidays! For those of you interested in bird photos, I have posted some from a recent trip to Trinidad to http://www.christinevadai.com/Trinidad/trinidad.html.

Without going into too much detail, it was a great trip. Based out of the Asa Wright reserve, took some day tours and a night walk, and had some great luck. If you haven't been, it was very worthwhile destination (some very accessible birds like oilbirds not commonly seen elsewhere, knowledgeable local guides, great weather, good food, friendly people...) Let's just say, I've never gotten in a cab in a big city before and had the driver end up dishing out birding advice :-)
