Subject: Osprey nesting on manmade objects

There is also a nest on the cell tower here at the
edge of Bothell city limits, just across the street
from the Kenmore Gun Ranges. I saw some people
working on the tower the other day though, so I don't
know whether they took the nest down like they did a
few years ago. I haven't had a chance to look to see
if it is still there.

I think last summer a new nest was started on a tower
near Lake Ballinger, but I'm not exactly sure where.
Anyone else know? I have to agree with Ruth though, I
have never seen an Osprey nest that I can recall on a
natural structure here in the Puget Sound area.
