Subject: busy morning in the back yard

Lots of activity in the fog: robins in the bird bath, Bewick's wrens
and starlings scrounging in the wood chips (I buried the grass), juncoes
on the patio, northern flicker in the maple, black capped chickadees in the pear
tree, bushtits in the lilac. I can hear, but not see, the scrub jays.
Haven't seen this much activity out there all at once for ages. Suppose
it's the fog?
