Hello Tweeters,
This morning there was a female Barn Swallow foraging in the
mitigation area at the intersection of McCutcheon Rd & 96th Street east of
Alderton in Pierce County. Interestingly, this bird was in relatively fresh
plumage and was my first winter Barn Swallow that wasn't worn. Also a female
Eurasian Wigeon was picked out by the wing pattern in flight. The disc golf
course along Riverside Drive had some nice passerines as usual including a
Hutton's Vireo.
