Hello. Since you asked for more sites of Osprey nests on humanmade
structures (and since you're using a very liberal interpretation of Puget
Sound :)
I'll send my two-cents' worth:
My friend, Steven, and I monitored several Osprey nests for several years
(but that was a few years ago). Most of the nests were on humanmade
supports.

The sites not already mentioned on tweeters included a nest right over the
Chehalis River on hwy 107, south of Montesano, on a utility pole cross-arm
structure adjacent to the bridge.
Another site was a utility pole at the east (south?) end of the small town
of Malone, on hwy 12, between Elma and Rochester (much closer to Elma).

Then there were all those railroad bridges over rivers/creeks/etc. in the
state of Montana, the summer Steven and I drove to N. Dakota; just about
every one of those bridges had an Osprey nest on top.
Oops! I guess that is getting a little too far from Puget Sound!

One more thing: When we observed the Osprey nest at the county park in Elma
(at the small lake), the nest was on what appeared to be a natural tree
snag--is that the site you're referring to as the Schouweilter (sp?) Road
one?
