Hello Tweeters,
As is often the case, I head out for some birding, only to find the best
birds right here at home. Around 5pm this afternoon, as I got out of my car,
I heard the unmistakable buzz of a humming bird, then I saw it zoom across
my yard, toward the feeder I optimistically put out a few weeks ago. My
guess is that it is a Rufous, but I didn't get a good look at it. Anyway, it
made me happy!
