The Washington Ornithological Society would like to announce the following
field trip:

Saturday, March 8th - Snake River - Charles Swift will lead a trip
covering Asotin County in southeastern Washington. Several rarities of
jay, gulls, and sparrow were present last winter along the Snake River.
They included an interior race of western scrub-jay, Iceland gull, lesser
black-backed gull, mew gull, Thayer's gull, and swamp sparrow. Areas that
will be covered are Chief Timothy State Park, Swallows Park, the Anatone
highlands, weather permitting, and other natural areas along the Snake

WOS Field Trips allow members to explore places or revisit familiar
haunts. Each trip is open to a limited number of participants. Each member
may join up to four trips per year (excluding annual conference trips).
Non-members may attend as a member's guest once per year. Questions about
field trips should be directed to the trip leader(s). If you would like to
lead a field trip, or would like to suggest a location for a field trip,
