Greetings,

Even though it was cloudy today it felt spring-like in the bird department.

At Clover Point (Victoria), I saw four Brant (first of the season for me),
and a nice assortment of Thayer's Gulls. I viewed some teenagers of the
species squabbling and snapped a picture, posted at

In my backyard in Fairfield (Victoria) was a mixed flock of birds, including
28 Cedar Waxwings.
