I drove by the cell tower a couple of times this afternoon, without seeing
any birds perched on it.

No Peregrine Falcon nesting, to my knowledge, has ever been observed in Olympia.
Peregrines are somewhat regularly seen, primarily in fall and winter, on and
around the cranes at the Port of Olympia, and around the Capitol building
and other tall office buildings around the Capitol campus.

A pair of nesting peregrine falcons in Olympia would be wonderful and I know
there are many who would like to see them on the Capitol Dome. Right now,
there's way too much reconstruction going on but who knows... maybe someday.
