Birders,

This morning Chris Siddle and I birded around Kelowna. We found almost all
of our target species on this cooler, and again sunny day. Below are the
highlites:

*YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLER - 1 at Waterfront Park
*SNOW GOOSE - 1 juv. at Maude Roxby Bird Sanctuary
*GLAUCOUS GULL - 1 ad. at Maude Roxby Bird Sanctuary
MEW GULL - 1 ad. at Maude Roxby Bird Sanctary
*CHESTNUT-BACKED CHICKADEE - 1 on Philpott Road
PINE SISKIN - 420 on Philpott Road in large flock
RUFFED GROUSE - 1 on McCulloch Road
BROWN CREEPER - 1 on McCulloch Road
GOLDEN EAGLE - 2 adults over Layercake Mtn on McCulloch Road
