Birders,

Today I added the 100th species to my Okanagan Valley list for 2003; Boreal
Chickadee! The 101st came in the form on Pine Grosbeak. Thanks to Chris
Siddle, he took me up Silver Star Mtn, E. of Vernon, where we found a
Chestnut-backed Chickadee, 2 Boreal Chickadees, numerous Black-capped
Chickadees, a Mountain Chickadee, 6 Gray Jays, 3 Pine Grosbeaks and a
Steller's Jay. I believe this is the first time I've gotten all BC chickadee
species in a single day.
