Dear Tweeters,

I recently learned that a colleague of mine is a long-time birder in Skagit County, albeit a very independent one, never having joined up with groups or organizations. She told me today that she had always wanted to see a Gray-crowned Rosy Finch, but had no idea where to look. September at Sibley Pass was too long a wait for her; climbing Mount Rainier was too much of a chore.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a relatively easy GCRF?
