I had nice looks at a flock of 8-10 Pine Grosbeaks along the trail from
Hurricane Ridge to Hurricane Hill in Olympic National Park on Sunday. The
snow conditions there are such that it's possible to walk in now rather
than showshoeing or cross country skiing, but that could change anytime,
of course.
