Subject: Seattle: urban nature action alert!

Tweets,

An action alert on our website may be of interest to you -- if you are a
Seattle resident.

I won't post the action alert here on Tweeters because I have a feeling this
may be one of those BANNED topics, and I don't want to inadvertently start a
BANNED topic discussion. But I will let you know it involves the
endangerment of habitat at a West Seattle Park (Westcrest) which includes
some of the finest Pacific Northwest native forest and understory to be
found in the city, and Screech Owls and Cooper's hawks nest there. I also
saw a Merlin at Westcrest once, and the place was full of Brown Creepers on
this year's CBC.

Please see the alert, and take action if you can. The sooner the better!

Thank you!!
