Hi Tweets, I spent about a hour and a half at the Schouweiler Rd. wetland
today here in Elma. It was a little foggy but the sun burned the fog off
quite quickly. I had three new arrivals to the wetland today. On the first
pond along the grassy road, I had a non-breeding male Greater Scaup and one
American Wigeon. The wigeon disappeared quite quickly. The scaup was in
the open water and made several dives while I was watching. Also, on the
second (largest) pond further down the grassy road, there was one American
Coot quite close to the road.

Good birding,
