Hello All,
Yesterday after trying to catch up on sleep lost through the week we visited Wind Dust Park in southern Franklin Co.. We located an adult VEERY at the west end of this desert park. Also observed Warbling Vireo, Black-headed Grosbeak, 18" Western Rattlesnake and a Am. White Pelican. Found 5 Am. White Pelicans at the mouth of the Palouse River, Whitman Co. a first for us in many years of birding this area.
