Well, tweets, this isn't exactly about birds but I knew you all would
appreciate what happened to me. I was looking through some second hand books
for sale at the library and found a old copy of Peterson's Field Guide to
Wildflowers. I've been wanting to expand my plant knowledge so I grabbed it
up with pleasure and excitement. However, when I was flipping through it at
home I realized that it was for the Eastern U.S. and not much help
hereabouts. I was disappointed but kept flipping through it. That was when I
found the treasure. Pressed between the pages were dried samples of the
plants described within. The book was full of them. For me this was truly
hidden treasure.
