Hi Tweeties!

Some possible WESTERN TANAGERS have been seen in my neighborhood.....birds
described as very red and very yellow. While on a bike hike Sunday on
Lowell-Larrimer Road my husband sighted a BULLOCK'S ORIOLE.

Well, on to the real reason for my post. While working around my yard this
weekend I discovered a COLUMBINE flower growing between the seldom used steps
to my back deck. Its growing up from the ground below them.

I hope somebody with wildflower expertise can come to my aid. I have a photo
of the flower in question to help me with my ID. It looks like a Standley's
Columbine which according to my wildflower book, is native to the Rocky
Mountain area!

Please reply and I'll zap the photo of the flower in question your way.

Thanks,
Lydia In Everett, WA
