Looks like I overlooked the first record in Whitman County was Sept. 30, 2001 by Steven Mlodinow. The Webers is the 2'nd record.

The Least Flycatcher found on the 8th of June, 2003 by Bob Flores, Steven Mlodinow, Ryan Shaw, and Doug Schonewald in Franklin County was the 1'st record that I am aware of.
