Hi Tweeters--

This afternoon on the PLU Golf Course (Parkland, near Tacoma), I played 18 with my Dad and brother. Everything went well, including my chipping, and I heard 6 CHIPPING SPARROWS (and saw 2 of them), a very pleasant addition to the more normal golf course birds: American Robin, American Crow, White-crowned Sparrow, Black-capped Chickadee, Violet-green Swallow, Barn Swallow, Rufous Hummingbird, Savannah Sparrow and Steller's Jay.

Pretty cool.
