Thanks to everyone for the information they shared to help locate the
Orange/Red Bishop. The additional information was very useful. It will be
great to see photos, to help identify which bishop this bird is, once
everyone starts publishing them.

Today, Bill Clemons and I saw the bird fly from somewhere east of the bridge
(we weren't looking in that direction), cross overhead and land in some low
bushes on the north (northwest?) side of the pond (the one crossed by the
second bridge from the beginning of the Kiwa trail, heading clockwise). It
then flew to tall grass at the back of the pond, and from there it flew
quite a ways back (north and west) from the pond. Each time we saw it land,
it seemed to immediately land low on a plant, and then work its way up
toward the top. I got fantastic looks at it. The description of it as an
"orange-red lightbulb" certainly is apt. And, it's such a little bird (4"),
it's just astonishing! I think it was worth the two trips from Gresham to
see it.
