For those of you wishing to see marbled murrelets at close range from
shore, check out the Mukilteo ferry dock. For the past several summers
there has been at least one which usually feeds just south of the ferry
terminal. (on last Saturday morning, June 21, there were four) You can
view them either from the Mukilteo-Clinton Ferry or from the public
access at the state park directly south of the terminal.

This is also a reliable place to see Barrow's goldeneye - sometimes a
flock of over 50 - feeding at the ferry dock in the winter.
