I checked Vancouver Lake today where I easily found the HARRIS'
SPARROW that is near the entrance to the Alcoa B.P.A. Substation on Old
Lower River Road. At Post Office Lake there was a pair of EURASIAN WIGEON
and a GREATER YELLOWLEGS. A WESTERN MEADOWLARK was singing in the field
by Frenchman's Bar County Park and by the entrance to Vancouver Lake Park
a MERLIN was perched on top of a road sign plucking an American Robin.
