After reviewing almost two hours of video tape that I shot yesterday, I'll
revise my estimate of Brant at Semiahmoo yesterday to closer to 2,000 birds!
It was quite a spectacle for about three hours as more birds arrived,
hundreds of gulls circled overhead, and a multitude of other dabblers joined
in the feeding.
Despite the cold northeast wind and snow flurries, Semiahmoo was spectacular!
