Birders,

Interesting that nobody has reported Violet-green Swallows in E. Washington
yet, since we just had our first here in the Southern Interior of BC on
March 13. Six were flying over Mission Ck at Casorso Road in Kelowna. Also
here was an adult Golden Eagle, flying rather low.

Spring has sprung along Beaver Lake Road, E. of Winfield, where 4 Say's
Phoebes, 4 Western Bluebirds and lots of Western Meadowlarks were seen today
by myself and 20 other birders.
