Well, somebody just kick me! I was saying to people that I haven't seen v-g
swallows in WA until the end of march for the past couple of years. I woke
up at 7 a.m. to the song of a lot of violet-green swallows. There are about
10 plus of them at my dad's house in Bothell. So cool. I also had a male and
female cooper's hawk fly over!! Great site to see, has to be a nest nearby,
a cooper's was harassed yesterday by 5 crows, might have been the same
female I saw today, they looked very pale, so they might have been juv. Very
exciting day.
