I'm assuming the recording was made from a video camera....

Video cameras do not (usually) capture the full spectrum of
a bird sound. They only pick up the lower registers. I think
this is done to reduce wind hiss on the microphone. In this
case (according to my sound analysis software) everything above
4kHz apparently got cut off. The end of the song also appears
to be abruptly truncated.

However, I think I can say with some confidence that this is
part of a WINTER WREN song.
