Hi Mary and Tweets,
The first time I got a Vehicle use permit and was asked those questions I
asked why they needed to know all of this irrelevant information. I was told
the Washington State Government uses it to track deadbeat Dads (parents?).
Good idea?, I don't know, but an invasion on privacy, you bet! Anyway, that
is what I was told. That reminds me, I have till Monday the 31st of March
before I have to get a new sticker.
