On Saturday I went on a walk through the neighborhood and saw the first rufous hummingbird of the year. I was going out for bird pictures and got ripped off 3 times. I came close (annoyingly close) to getting pictures of the hummer, a red-breasted sapsucker, and a dark eyed junco.
