Hi Mary. Ability to withstand abuse depends a lot on the quality of the
manufacture but if they are decent bins you shouldn't have a problem at
all carrying them around in your scooter. That's my feeling anyway.

I have a Jeep with a very stiff suspension, and I do a lot of off road
driving. I often carry my telescope in the lock box in back so what I
did is make a small wooden box lined with bubble wrap for the scope. The
bubble wrap cradles and cushions the scope against all those jarring
bumps. After a few years the scope is still in perfect shape. So that's
something you can consider. I don't know how much room you have in your
"trunk" but maybe you can devise some sort of bubble wrap lined insert
specifically for carrying your bins. It will just give you and added
measure of protection. You can usually get good quality bubble wrap at
any of those public storage facilities or anywhere that sells moving
supplies like Budget Rent-A-Car.

reluctant to carry my bins in their case in the "trunk" of my motor

for them. They're decent bins and with luck they'll last me forever

the plan, anyway). Do you s'pose I should just not worry and figure it
won't hurt them if I scoot to the Fill from the QA area, or is it better

the bins to transport them in a smoother-riding car?
