I walked our place in n. Lake Stevens this morn from 6-7 a.m., migrants are
increasing and I found 37 species total (6 of them warblers), I'm sure I
could have had more had I stayed longer. There was one rarity--a SOLITARY
SANDPIPER, below the utility lines on the puddles there, just west of us
crossing Getchell Hill Rd. We had a Spotted there two Mays ago. The other
new arrival was a WARBLING VIREO, which we seldom get in May for some
reason.
