Am passing on some info from a friend who saw this bird, I have no
first-hand experience with it:

On May 8 at about 6:30 pm an albino/leucistic sparrow was observed at the
Georgetown soccer field in Seattle. (I think that's somewhere on 6 Ave S,
near Orcas St.)
