Today, at Bald Hill in Thurston County, Mike Walker and I heard a Bobwhite calling several
times. Driving out, we saw 2 flush from the side of the logging road we were on.

Heard and saw a House Wren in a clearcut. As usual around Bald Hill, Turkey Vultures were
ever-present.

Several Arctic Skippers may have been the day's highlight for me.
