Please be on the lookout for a grey phase gyrfalcon wearing jesses and a transmitter. Our adult female who has been used in our flight demonstrations at the Zoo for several years, has gone missing. She has left the Zoo for short periods on a few occasions, but we have been able to track her via the radio transmitter she wears and have returned her to the Zoo after relatively short absebces, sometimes overnight. She has now been missing for two days, and what's worse, we do not get a radio signal. If you spot her, please contact the Zoo Raptor Center at 206-684-4013, or call me at 206-684-4836.
