At 10:45 am today I found the grey morph Gyrfalcon in
it's usual farm field just south of Snohomish.

>From Ave D in Snohomish, turn south on Lincoln. This
road passes some soccer fields and goes out into the
farm country. About 1-1.2 miles from town, the road
will pass close along a very clean, short green grass
farm field on the right, with two large
leafless(snags?) trees out in the field. I found the
Gyr in the north most tree. At 1:00 pm it was not to
be found, but this bird has been hanging out in this
general area for at least three winters now.
